Most Beautiful Quran Recitations Contest to Be Held in Dubai
According to Al-Bayan website, Ibrahim Bu Melha, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the DIHQA, said that 10 Qaris will compete in the sideline contest today, July 16. The International Institute of Dubai Holy Quran Award also plans to organize a local Quran memorization competition for male and female employees of different offices in Dubai, he added. Bu Melha noted that the 10 participants at the contest on “the best recitations of the Holy Quran” will be selected from among the participants at the DIHQA which concluded last night. Stating that the Quran recitations at the DIHQA were at a high level, he praised Qaris from Iran, Bangladesh, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania and Qatar for their eloquent recitations of the Holy Quran.
