The al-Sunna institute is carrying out the distribution plan in cooperation with al-Yaqin Islamic group, Sadi al-Balad website reports.
The plan is underway on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan with the aim of providing Dutch translations of the Quran to those Muslims in the country who are not familiar with Arabic.
It provides an opportunity for the country's Muslims to get more acquainted with the teachings of the Holy Book in Ramadan.
Non-Muslims who are interested to know more about Islam and the messages of its Holy Book can also benefit from the distribution of the free copies.
