According to sabr.cc, Yusuf Al-Sanad, director of the academy said that registration for the courses will begin on August 24 at Ijyal Al-Quran Center in Al-Qarin region.
He said that the Quran classes will be held three days a week.
The academy is affiliated to Al-Islah Al-Ijtima’i Association in Kuwait which is involved in training Quranic figures to revive the Quranic values and realize Quranic teachings in the society.
“Understand the Quran first, then memorize it, then practice it” is the motto of the academy aiming to disseminate the Quranic-religious culture and provide role-models for the people in different aspects of life.
Developing tolerance and moderation as well as scientific interaction in the society and establishment of an Islamic life-style are also among the objectives of the Quran academy.
