"Quran, Book of Life" Program Attracts Millions of Iranians

Head of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) hailed the warm reception of the "Quran, Book of Life" program.

 Addressing a ceremony held Friday to mark the end of the program, Ezatollah Zarqami also described the Holy Quran as the most comprehensive media of guidance, IRIB News reported. 

Featuring Surah Luqman of the Holy Quran, the "Quran, Book of Life" program was broadcast for a few months on Iran's Quran Radio.
Zarqami praised families who use opportunities such as this program to raise their children in accordance to the Quranic teachings and culture.
He further referred to the capabilities of Iranian Quran reciters and said people listen more and more to Quran recitations by Iranian Qaris.
