According to Ebrahim Sadoughi, director of the mosque’s public relations office, the programs begin with a speech by Hojat-ol-Islam Sayyed Ahmad Khatami on the night before the 15th of Sha’ban.
“Holding Tawassul, Al-e Yaseen, Kumeil, and Nudbeh prayers, as well as eulogies are also on the list during the auspicious days around Nimme Sha’aban,” he said.
Sadoughi added that there will be other speeches delivered by grand sources of emulation and scholars including Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi, Ayatollah Safi Golpayegani, Ayatollah Imami Kashani, Ayatollah Jafar Sobhani, Ayatollah Wafi and Hojat-ol-Islam Sadighi.
The Jamkaran Mosque, located near the holy city of Qom, is a popular pilgrimage site for Shi'ite Muslims.
