Enemies of Islamic Revolution Trying to Sow Discord
-- The enemies are seeking to bring harm to the Islamic revolution through sowing discord, said former minister of science, research and technology.
Addressing a conference on Velayatmadari (obeying Guardianship of the Jurisprudent), Dr Zahedi added, “Since the victory of the Islamic revolution in Iran, the Global Arrogance has been trying to bring this revolution to its knees via different means including Coup d'états and more recently through a soft war.
“However, we are all steadfast in defending our Islamic country under the prudent guidance of the supreme leader. We will never let the enemies of Islam and the revolution achieve their objectives.”
Dr Zahedi went on to say that the main basis for the victory of the Islamic revolution was its reliance on the honorable people of Iran.
The conference on Velayatmadari was held Sunday in the southeastern city of Zahedan.
