French Muslims to Attend Christian Youth World Day.

-- A number of young French Muslims traveled to Spain August 6, to attend Christian Youth World Day.
According to Saphirnews, a group of the members of "Association pour la Cohabitation Pastorale" (ACP) in France traveled to Madrid along with Christian and Jewish members of the association to celebrate the World Youth Day.
The members of the association plan to travel to various cities of Spain and disseminate the culture of peaceful coexistence.
Talking to the press, Samuel Gribovski, a Christian member of the association stated that the plan was suggested by Muslim members of the association according to which a group of Christian, Muslim and Jewish members decided to travel to Spain to show a strong sense of solidarity and mutual understanding among the followers of the monotheistic faiths in France.
“Some short films and reports of the Association’s programs have been prepared to reflect existing cooperation between the believers of various religions in the French society and familiarize Spanish Christian youth community with this culture.”
The 26th World Youth Day in Madrid, Spain is scheduled to be celebrated from August 16-21.
