Divine Religions Week Concluded in Switzerland
The fifth Divine religions week touched its end on November 13 in Lausanne of Switzerland.
According to cath-vd website, the event was held from November 5 by the country's Catholic Church and included programs such as interfaith dialogue sessions, visits to Islamic, Christian and Jewish centers in Lausanne and the neighboring areas , meetings with directors and officials of religious organizations and an exhibition of photos and religious artworks.
Various papers were also presented during the week on the role of monotheistic faiths in fostering human relations and social interactions.
Getting updated in terms of activities and challenges faced by religious centers, the participants investigated solutions regarding construction of mosques, churches, synagogues, and other places destined to pray and worship.
The week long event concluded at a ceremony held by the Union of Islamic Associations in Switzerland.
