"Ali’s (AS) Day" Forum To Be Held in India

A scientific forum titled "Ali’s (AS) Day" will be held on June 9 in Uttar Pradesh State of India.
According to IQNA’s branch in South Asia, the forum is organized on the occasion of birth anniversary of Imam Ali (AS) by the cultural desk of “Odeh Nameh” Newspaper in Lucknow.
It will be held with the purpose of getting the younger generation further acquainted with the elevated virtues of the Imam Ali's character (AS).
The scientific forum will be attended by Seyyed Ahmad, Governor of Jharkhand, Arif Mohammad Khan, the youngest Indian Central Government Minister, Fadhl Al-Rahman Wa’ezi, Friday prayer leader of Sunni Muslims in Lucknow, Seyyed Sadeq, eminent Shia intellectual, Dr Mansoor Hasan, leading Cardiologist of Sahara Hospital, Mohammad Iqtedar Hussein Faruqi, well-known Quran expert, Alim Naqawi, Indian journalist and a number of religious figures of the region.
IMA Hall in Lucknow is due to host the forum which will be open to the public.
