Workshop for Islamic Schools Teachers Underway in Sierra Leone

An educational workshop has been held for teachers of Imam Sadeq (AS), Shahid Beheshti, Al-Hadi and Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) schools in Sierra Leone .
According to IQNA’s ICRO branch, a three-strong Iranian delegation is running the classes .
It has been organized by Iran's Cultural Center in Freetown in cooperation with Islamic Schools Union.
The opening ceremony of the workshop was attended by Mohammad Reza Ghezelsofla, Iranian cultural attaché in Sierra Leone, who welcomed the participants and introduced members of the delegation as well as teachers of the Islamic schools.
He said that the union has been established under the supervision of the Iranian Cultural Center with the aim of addressing the technical problems of the Islamic schools in Sierra Leone.
The Iranian official also stressed the importance of employing experts in Islamic schools to promote the scientific level of such schools and Muslim students.
