Informing Society about Hegemonic Powers’ Plots, A Main Duty of Quranic Activists
Quranic activists play an important role in leading people toward Quranic teachings, a Lebanese Quranic figure said.
Speaking to IQNA, Sheikh Muhammad Ali Al-Musalmani added that it is among the main responsibilities of Quranic activists to raise people’s awareness about political issues, especially the plots hatched by the world arrogance.
He said the world’s hegemonic powers make a lot of attempts to gain dominance over the Muslim world and that the Quranic community should play their role and prevent Muslim communities from succumbing to the conspiracies of the world arrogance.
“In order to do this, the Quranic community should foster the Quranic teachings that underline the need for refusing to yield to the arrogance.”
Head of Lebanon’s Holy Quran Society also urged that Quranic activists ought to strive in the social arenas to implement Quranic teachings in society and encourage people to benefit from the guidelines of the Holy Book.
He referred to the fact that the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH) and the Infallible Imams (AS) emphasized the need for making people aware of different issues in society, noting that “the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khamenei, follows the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH) and stresses the necessity of making efforts for raising people’s awareness and guiding them.”
Al-Musalmani regretted that Islamic teachings are not implemented in all Muslim countries, hoping that Muslim communities will reach a point where all Quranic concepts are acted upon.
He also praised the Quranic activities of the Islamic Republic of Iran, saying that despite all-out attempts by the world powers to bring the Islamic Republic to its knees, the country has managed to foil the enemies’ attempts thanks to guidelines set by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
