New Quranic Centers Planned in Tehran
100 Quran centers will be set up in Tehran before the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, head of the Quran and Etrat department of Tehran’s Basij Organization said.
Rahim Qorbani added that there are also plans for establishing 200 Quranic kindergartens in the city in the coming weeks.
He said the Quranic centers and kindergartens will be founded by Basij bases and mosques of the city.
According to the official, promoting the Holy Quran culture among children and teenagers is among the objectives of the Basij organization.
He went on to say that after the launch of the Quranic kindergartens and centers every child or teenager in Tehran, no matter where in the city he or she lives, would be able to easily have access to Quranic education.
