According to APS website, the exhibition will be opened in a ceremony with the participation of Abdul Aziz Bai,the country's Minister of Culture.
It will be organized in line with the special programs planned on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan in the African country.
Artworks by Sring Ki Ne, designer and expert of handicrafts, will be put on display along with photos of Islamic holy sites in various parts of the world, particularly those in Senegal, as well as calligraphic works about the holy month of Ramadan.
Head of the Chamber of Labor of Thies and eminent scholars of the country will also take part at the opening ceremony of the exhibition.
Senegal’s Ministry of Culture has planned various programs on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan including a Quran contest for children and teenagers in religious schools of the country, exhibitions of Islamic artworks and TV programs featuring the virtues of the month.
