Representatives of 33 Countries to Attend Qadir Int’l Festival

The custodianship of the holy shrine of Imam Ali (AS) in Najaf announced that some 150 religious figures from 33 Arab, Muslim and Non-Muslim countries will take part in the second edition of “Qadir” International Festival.
According to sotaliraq website, Zuhair Sharbah, deputy of the custodianship, said that the figures represent various faiths and races from all over the world some of whom will present their researches at different sessions of the festival.
A book exhibition has been planned as a sideline program of the festival and some manuscripts will also be showcased at the exhibition to be organized in cooperation with various publication institutes, particularly Iranian and Lebanese publications.
The international program will also include a poetry festival to be attended by Arab poets.
The second edition of Qadir International Festival will be held by the custodianship of Imam Ali’s (AS) holy shrine in Najaf city from October 30 to November 1.
