According to the website of the center, the session was organized in cooperation with Al-Hurr Quranic Association at Al-Imam Al-Mahdi Grand Mosque of Al-Hurr Al-Saqeer region of the province.
Ammar Al-Khazayi, head of the dissemination section of the center, said some of the Quranic circles are held every day and some of the sessions are held twice a week at the great mosques and Hsseiyniyyahs (public halls for holding religious ceremonies) of the province.
Rasul Al-‘Ameri, eminent Iraqi Quran reciter and a supervisor of the Quranic plan said that by holding the circles, the center aims to provide an opportunity for all of the Quran reciters and memorizers in Karbala Province to gather in the sessions and exchange experiences.
The first session began with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Mohammad Ashuri.
Encouraging the society to act upon the Holy Quran’s teachings is another objective of the Quranic center.
