Astan of Imam Ali Shrine Holding Quran Contest for Teenagers

IQNA – The Dar-ol-Quran Center affiliated to the Astan (custodianship) of Imam Ali (AS) holy shrine has organized a Quran competition for teenagers.

Amir Kesar, an official with the center, said 120 teenage Quran students have taken part in the contest.

He noted that a specialized committee consisting of experts from the center in the field of Quranic Maqamat is monitoring the competition process and evaluating the performance of the participants.

He said the contest began on Sunday and will conclude on Wednesday, August 11, 2026.

The top three participants will be honored with cash prizes in recognition of their merit and with the aim of encouraging them to continue improving their Quranic skills.

The competition is part of a series of educational and cultural programs sponsored by the Astan.
