“Youngest Hafiz” Int’l Quran Competition Planned

TEHRAN (IQNA) - An international Quran memorization competition titled “Asqar Hafiz” (the youngest memorizer) will be organized by the Holy Quran Memorization International Organization in different parts of the world.


According to BAB website, the organization has issued a call inviting Quranic institutes and Quran experts to cooperate in holding the competition.

It will be held for children aged less than 10 with the aim of encouraging children all over the world to memorize the Quranic verses and developing Quranic activities in the world.

The rules and regulations of the competition have been published on the website of the association.

The Holy Qur’an Memorization International (HQMI) Organization is an international charitable organization with legal personality, affiliated with the Muslim World League.

The Organization aims to teach the Muslims how to memorize the Noble Qur'an, and perfect its memorization, attaching special importance to Qur’an Sciences, inculcating the verses of the Noble Qur’an into the Muslim generations, making them comprehend their meanings and the wise denotations lurking behind them, in addition to the development of teaching techniques thereof throughout the world.
