“Scientific Miracle of Quran and Sunnah” Conference to Kick off in Egypt

TEHRAN (IQNA) - The 21st edition of the conference on “scientific miracle of the Quran and Nabawi Sunnah” will begin Sunday, April 19, in Qena Governorate of Egypt.

 According to AL-Youm Al-Sabi’ website, Janoub Al-Wadi University will host the two-day program.

The conference will be organized under the supervision of Abdul Khaliq, Egypt’s  minister of Higher Education and present will be Abbas Mansour, president of the university, Sultan Abu ‘Orabi, secretary general of the Arab Universities Union and Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al-Muslih, secretary general of the World Association of Quran Memorization.

Abbas Mansour said a number of eminent lecturers, scholars and intellectuals will attend the conference.

The participants will discuss the true image of Islam and investigate the profound meanings of the Holy Quran’s verses and Nabawi Hadiths about different scientific aspects of creation.

Hafni Isma’eel Muhammad, the university’s deputy for educational affairs and the general supervisor of the conference, said that this edition of the conference has been received very well by students from different universities of the country.

Competitions on questions about the Islamic culture as well as memorization of the Holy Quran and Nabawi Hadiths have been planned on the sidelines of the conference.

Mahmoud ‘Aref, secretary of the conference said that the two-day program will be held after the evening prayers and the sideline competitions will be organized for students in the morning.
