Tajweed Course for Quran Teachers Underway in Karbala
TEHRAN (IQNA)- The Dar-ol-Quran Center of Imam Hussein's (AS) holy shrine in Karbala has organized a specialized course on Tajweed principles for Quran teachers of the city.
According to the website of the Astan (custodianship) of the holy shrine, the course is held every Saturdays at Khatam-ul-Anbia Hall in the holy city of Karbala.
90 Quran teachers from different parts of Karbala Province have participated in the educational program.
The classes will continue for 40 weeks.
Haj Ali ‘Obud Al-Tayi, director of Quran teaching section of the Dar-ol-Quran Center, said that the course has been held under the supervision of Muhammad Sabah Salih, expert in Tajweed Principles.
The Quranic program aims to develop Quranic skills of Quran teachers in the province.
