The Independence Museum is hosting the exhibition, which showcases different rare copies of the Holy Quran, some dating back to the 17th century C.E., TRT Turk reported.
The largest Quran copy of Indonesia, which measures three meters by two meters, is among the data-x-items on display at the Quranic expo.
It has been calligraphed by two calligraphers in 17 months.
Another rare copy on show is a small one measuring 2.5 by 2.5 centimeters. It dates back to some 250 years ago.
During the holy month of Ramadan, the ninth month in the Islamic Hijri calendar, various Quranic programs are held across the Muslim world to help the faithful benefit more from the spiritual blessings of this month.
This year, Ramadan began on Thursday, June 18 and will end on July 17.
