Quran Teachers Training Plan Gets Underway in Tehran
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Implementation of the first plan for training female Quran memorization teachers started in a ceremony in Tehran on Saturday.
The ceremony was attended by a number of Quranic officials, including Head of the Dar-ol-Quran Kareem Organization Mehdi Qarasheikhlu.
Addressing the event, Qarasheikhlu hoped that the plan will lead to more effective Quran memorization courses in the country.
He also underlined that more work needs to be done for promotion of Quranic activities in the country.
The plan for training female Quran memorization teachers is implemented by the Dar-ol-Quran Kareem Organization with the participation of 41 women.
It includes courses on Quran memorization methods, teaching methods, Quran contemplation and Quranic words.
The participants will receive certificates of attendance at the end of the program.
