Online Islamic Academy Launched in Kazakhstan

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Kazakhstan’s Nur-Mubarak University has recently Launched an online Islamic academy for religious sciences.

 

 

According to the Iranian Cultural Center in Kazakhstan, Hadith and religious studies, psychology in Islam, Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) and Islamic economy are among the courses offered by the academy.

Kairat Qirmanbayev, the vice president of the university, said a number of teachers and researchers have recorded audio-visual clips teaching the courses.

He noted that no text-books on religion were available in Kazakhstan.

The academy’s classes started on November 19. Students taking the courses will receive certificates at the end of the educational program.
