Int’l Quranic, Islamic Studies Conference Planned in Istanbul

TEHRAN (IQNA) – An “International Conference on Quranic and Islamic Studies” is planned to be held in Istanbul, Turkey, next month.

 

Slated for December 19-20, it aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Quranic and Islamic Studies, according to the organizers.

It also provides an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Quranic and Islamic Studies.

The topics of discussion will include: “Monotheism in the Quran”, “Quran and Wisdom”, “Quran and Humanity”, “Quran and Health”, “Quran and the Environment”, “Quran and Education”, “Quran and Human Rights”, “Quran and Science”, “Quran and Philosophy”, “Justice and Peace in Quran and Religions,” and “Quran and Universe”.
