Malaysia, Indonesia Report More Coronavirus Cases

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Malaysia reported 208 new coronavirus cases on Thursday, taking the total to 3,116, the highest in Southeast Asia.

The Ministry of Health recorded a total of 50 deaths, with five reported on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Indonesia confirmed 113 new coronavirus infections, taking the total in the Southeast Asian country to 1,790, health ministry official Achmad Yurianto said, according to Reuters.

He reported 13 new deaths from the virus, taking the total to 170, while a total of 112 so far had recovered.
