Iranian Academics Quranic Organization to Attend Kazakhstan’s ‘Islam and Humanity’ Expo

TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Iranian Academics Quranic Organization (IAQO) will take part in an exhibition that will start in Kazakhstan next month.

 

The expo, titled “Islam and Humanity: Today and Tomorrow”, will be organized on the 30th anniversary of the Central Asian country’s independence.

The Nazarbayev Center for Development of Interfaith and Intercivilization Dialogue is the organizer of the cultural event.

It is aimed at promoting the culture of tolerance and respect for different religions, faiths and culture.

The expo also seeks to underline the importance of human responsibility to ensure world peace and security.

Tolerance, unity, dialogue, peace, and honesty are the main themes of the exhibition, slated for March 1-31 in the city of Nur-Sultan.  

The Iranian Academics Quranic Organization will send selected photos by Iran’s artists to the exhibition.

Themes of the photos include: effects of Adhan recitation on children, goodness of Adhan, sacred marriage, helping the poor, and Eid al-Adha.
