The program, organized by the International Quranic Center’s affiliated with the shrine of Imam Hussein (AS) and held during the blessed month of Ramadan, included students from 25 countries.
Muhammad Baqir al-Mansouri, supervisor of the center's international education department, noted that the program was conducted online through the Telegram platform.
"Participants came from countries such as Australia, the UAE, Bahrain, Brazil, the United States, the United Kingdom, Algeria, Denmark, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Iraq, Kuwait, Norway, Yemen, Iran, Pakistan, Syria, Sierra Leone, Oman, Guinea, Canada, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Egypt, and Nigeria," he explained.
Mustafa al-Taie, another supervisor involved in the program, said it featured simplified interpretation lessons based on credible Quranic commentaries and a structured plan for memorizing Surah Sad.

He added, “Interactive activities were included, with contributions from expert male and female Quran teachers from Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, and Syria to ensure quality evaluation and follow-up.”
Al-Taie highlighted the innovative methods used for the final exams, which resulted in certifications being awarded to participants at three levels: excellent, very good, and good.
Other students received certificates recognizing their efforts in the program.
