Modern facilities and the efforts of officials today have provided a unique opportunity for the development of Quranic culture, but the quality and effectiveness of these activities still need to be improved.
The Holy Quran, as a book of guidance and the most complete spiritual source, is the center of Muslim life. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) always emphasized the study, contemplation, and practice of the Quran, and did not consider individual recitation alone to be sufficient. He introduced the organization of Quranic sessions, group education, memorization, and contemplation of verses as an inseparable part of religious education.
Today, with modern digital facilities, Quranic software, and the expansion of institutions, unprecedented opportunities have been provided in Muslim societies for the study and teaching of the Quran. However, the quality and effectiveness of these activities still require careful examination to maintain harmony between the Prophet's life and today’s reality.
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) repeatedly emphasized important points in this area. The first point is the continuous reading of the Quran. He considered familiarity with the Quran and its continuous recitation to be the best companion and guide in life.
His second emphasis is on Quranic sessions and group learning. The Prophet (PBUH) promoted collective education and scientific exchange by forming Quranic circles so that everyone could benefit from recitation, memorization, and contemplation.

The third point is contemplation and acting upon the verses of the Holy Quran. The Prophet (PBUH) repeatedly emphasized that mere recitation without understanding and acting upon Quranic teachings is not enough, and therefore understanding and implementing the teachings of the Quran is a condition for real benefit.
Of course it is important to encourage memorization of the Quran. Memorizing verses and Surahs has a special value, and the one who memorizes the Quran will have a high position in the Hereafter with God Almighty.
