Egyptian media activist Amr Al-Dardir praised Mohamed Hani on his personal account on the social network Facebook.
Al-Dardir wrote, posting a picture of Mohamed Hani reciting the Quran to prepare for the match against the Benin national team: “Hani! God willing, you will be the star of the match.”
The Egyptian national football team defeated Benin 3-1 in the round of 16 of the African Cup of Nations and advanced to the next stage of the tournament.
