IQNA – A significant boost in awareness and instructional campaigns has been announced aimed at ensuring visitors to the Prophet's Mosque understand the correct protocols for entering, praying, and offering greetings to the Holy Prophet (PBUH).

Saudi Arabia’s General Presidency for Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has intensified awareness and guidance efforts to educate pilgrims and visitors on the etiquette of visiting the Prophet’s Mosque.

The efforts are being carried out through an integrated system of guidance tools and enriching content presented in several languages, enhancing the religious and intellectual awareness of visitors during the Hajj season.

The awareness programs include delivering direct guidance messages within the Prophet’s Mosque and its courtyards, in addition to utilizing digital screens, awareness publications, and multilingual digital content.

The programs aim to educate pilgrims on the rulings and etiquette related to the visit and to promote conduct that reflects reverence for the holy site while preserving tranquility and order within the Prophet’s Mosque, it added.
