American Bases in Region Hit by Iranian Missiles after US Acts of Aggression

IQNA – American bases in the region were targeted in a retaliatory missile strike launched by the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) on Saturday.

The IRGC Public Relations office announced in a statement on Saturday that 

After a US aggression on Iran’s Sirik and Qeshm Islands in the Persian Gulf, the enemy’s bases in the region were hit by missiles fired by the IRGC Aerospace Force, according to a statement released by the IRGC Public Relations Department this morning.  

The statement said that at 01:30 AM today, four offending oil tankers, incited and guided by the US aggressor army, without coordination and without paying attention to the repeated warnings of the IRGC Navy, intended to illegally exit the Strait of Hormuz.

After warnings were ignored, one of the oil tankers was targeted and stopped, and the other offending vessels turned back, it noted.

“Following this incident at 2:00 AM, American drones hit a telecommunications tower in Qeshm and a tower in Sirik with two projectiles. In response to the aggression of the child-killing American army, two American air bases in Kuwait, named Ali al-Salem, and the remaining important facilities in the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet in Bahrain, were immediately targeted by ballistic missiles from the IRGC Aerospace Force,” the statement read.

The IRGC warned the aggressor and child-killing enemy that if these evil acts are repeated, a limited response will not suffice.
