Vahideh Moradi said 12 panels and seven workshops will be held in this edition of the congress.

She noted that training of Moukeb (service station) officials and the use of artificial intelligence in the Arbaeen procession are among the topics of discussion in this edition.

The congress will be held on Sunday and Monday, July 19 and 20, at the Iran University of Medical Sciences, she said.

“In the early years of holding this congress, since we were at the beginning of the process of drawing up health topics for Arbaeen, we went to more basic health issues, and the effort was to ensure that the specialized teams that are supposed to provide health services during the Arbaeen procession could benefit from the papers and knowledge produced in this field,” she stated.

“But the lessons learned and experiences that we gained every year during Arbaeen led to improvements in public awareness and medical staff services; accordingly, different approaches are drawn up for the congress every year, and this year, innovative topics will be discussed for the first time at this congress."
