Speaking in an interview with IQNA, Raghda Masri said the martyred Leader’s efforts played a decisive role in bringing Islamic schools of thought closer, uniting the Ummah, and strengthening the political, social, and military power of the Islamic world.

He considered the Palestinian issue to be the axis of the unity of the Islamic Ummah and, inspired by the thoughts of Imam Khomeini (RA), had intellectual, political, and material support for the cause of Palestine and oppressed nations on his agenda, Masri added.

The support of the martyred Leader was not limited to Shias, but encompassed all Muslims, especially the Palestinian cause, and this approach created a special place for him in the Islamic world, she noted.

The Lebanese scholar emphasized the continuation of the martyred Leader’s path and ideals in the field of unity of the Islamic Ummah, and said Muslims must strive to form a strong and powerful Ummah by maintaining cohesion and solidarity.

Expressing deep sorrow over the martyrdom of the revolutionary Leader, she said this loss is very heavy and painful for the Lebanese people, especially after the martyrdom of former Hezbollah secretary general Sayed Hassan Nasrallah.
