WFMS Fatwa Allows Cancelling Hajj, Umrah

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Secretary-General of World Federation of Muslim Scholars ( WFMS ) Ali Qaradaghi issued a Fatwa (religious edict) that allows cancelling of Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage.
