Holy Quran Memorization Contest Begins in Dubai

The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai has inaugurated the 4th session of Holy Quran recitation and memorization contest at the licensed memorization centers.

Adel Juma Matar, Head of the Islamic Institutions Department, said the contest is part of the department’s plan to disseminate Islamic culture, raise religious awareness and take care of the Holy Quran and its sciences.

 Participation in the contest is obligatory for all memorization centers in Dubai.
