Seminar to Discuss Media’s Role in Promoting Husseini (AS) Rituals
Titled “Role of Media in Promotion of Husseini (AS) Rituals”, it will be held in the holy city later this month, Noon website reported.
Kamil Al-Qim, an Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) University professor and an organizer of the event said media experts and university scholars from different provinces of Iraq will take part in the seminar.
He said issues like role of the media in covering Ashrua rituals and getting inspiration from Imam Hussein’s (AS) movement will be discussed by the participants.
“Dialogue, Freedom of Expression, and Free Will in the School of Imam Hussein (AS)”, “Media Role of Imam Sajjad (AS) in Ashura Epic”, “Orientalists’ View of Imam Hussein’s (AS) Uprising”, and “Role of Digital Media in Fostering the Husseini (AS) Epic” are the titles of some of the papers to be presented at the seminar, he added.
