Intelligence Minister Hojat-ol-Islam Seyyed Mahmoud Alavi described Hojat-ol-Islam Ansari, who lost his life in a terrorist attack in Beirut last week, as a martyr of Islamic unity.

He made the remark on Sunday in a ceremony held in Tehran to commemorate late Hojat-ol-Islam Ansari.

Hojat-ol-Islam Ansari, who was Iran’s cultural attaché in Lebanon, was killed in a twin terrorist bombing outside the Iranian embassy in Beirut on Tuesday, November 19.

He added that the warriors of the cultural warfare are Ulama (scholars) according to Imam Hassan Askari (AS).
