The calendar is the result of a year-long collaboration between the “Coexistence” Society, Grenoble’s city council and its municipality, Saphirnews website reported.
So far, 1500 copies of the calendar have been distributed for free among the citizens.
Religious officials from different faiths including Islam, Catholic and Protestant Christianity, Judaism and Buddhism have endorsed the calendar.
The cover contains Islamic, Christian and Jewish symbols and the calendar includes religious holidays and occasions belonging to the three faiths.
There are also quotations from great figures of every religion as well as photos featuring different religious rituals.
The first interfaith calendar was published last year in the city of Strasburg in both print and PDF formats.
