Sheikh Hurr Ameli’s (RA) Collection of Works Published

Computer Research Center for Islamic Studies published the software of a collection of works by Sheikh Mohammad ibn Hassan Hurr Ameli (RA), eminent Shia Muhaddith (Hadith narrator).




The software includes full text of 22 book titles in 145 volumes as well as other valuable sources on Islamic sciences and teachings published in Arabic and Persian languages.



It provides information on Quran, the 14 infallibles (AS), Mahdawiyyat, logical jurisprudence, injunctions on trade, prayers and doubts, Taharah (purity), Hadiths on ethical issues, Hadith Qudsi, Islamic ethics, music, Sufism and Raj’ah (the return).



Researchers can also find sources on biography and character of the scholar, the text of the Holy Quran with translations and dictionaries of the Quranic terms.



It is available at the exhibition the center in the holy city of Qom.



Muhammad bin al-Ḥassan b. Ali b. al-Ḥusayn al-ʿĀmili al-Mashghari, commonly known as Al-Ḥurr Al-ʿĀmili (1033/1624 - 1104/1693), was a muhaddith and a prominent Twelver Shi’a scholar. He is best known for his comprehensive hadith compilation known as Wasael ul-Shia.
