According to IQNA’s branch in East Asia, the copy was published following the requests of Muslims of the region who are willing to have a copy of the Divine Book with Iranian calligraphic art.
It was also published in response to the doubts raised about the alternation of the Holy Quran by Iranians.
The copy was unveiled on the occasion of the Unity Week in the closing ceremony of the 14th edition of national Quran competition in India.
Representative of the Supreme Leader and head of the Iranian Organization of Awqaf and Charity Affairs were present at the program.
The copy of the Holy Quran has been published in 21000 copies in cooperation with the organization.
