36000 Mosques to Host Programs during Ten-day Fajr Celebrations

The occasion marks the 35th anniversary of the 1979 victory of the Islamic Revolution.

Hojat-ol-Islam Arbab Soleimani said the programs include some 2000 forums and lectures in which the role of mosques in the Islamic Awakening and in safeguarding the values of the Islamic Revolution.

He said the programs are aimed at raising people’s knowledge about the values, aspirations and accomplishments of the Islamic Revolution.

The Islamic Revolution of the people of Iran against the Shah’s regime was led to victory by Imam Khomeini (RA) on February 11, 1979.

The occasion is celebrated every year by Iranians all over the country.
