A copy of the Holy Quran remained intact in a fire that burned an apartment in the city of Ajman, the UAE.

Firefighters brought the fire under control before it could cause any human casualties but everything in the apartment was burnt to ashes, Eram website reported.
Everything, that is, except for a copy of the Muslim Holy Book that was found in one of the rooms quite undamaged.
This is not the first time there are reports about Quran copies surviving fire.
In 2012, for instance, a fire in Indonesia reduced a seven- roomed workers’ hostel of a coal factory and a guard house to ashes, but a copy of the Holy Quran remained undamaged.
