They receive cash prizes and awards in the ceremony, which was held in cooperation with the Islamic Bank of Jordan, Al-Dastoru daily reported.
The students had won top ranks in the third edition of the Taj-Al-Waqar Quran memorization competition.
The competition is regularly held as part of an Islamic charity program aimed at raising generations acquainted with the teachings and concepts of the Holy Quran.
At the end of Sunday’s ceremony, a number of officials, including Khalil Askar, director of Dar-Al-Arqam Islamic School presented the Islamic Bank of Jordan’s director with a certificate of honor for tehrole of the Bank in promoting Quranic activities.
