Quranic Media Festival Planned

The Quran and Etrat Deputy of Iran’s Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance said a festival of Quranic media is planned to be held in the country next year.

Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Reza Heshmati told IQNA that the festival will feature the activities of the Quranic press, journals and media.
He said it would be an opportunity to explore the performance of the media active in this sacred field.
The official added that it would also be a step to appreciate the media people who cover Quranic and religious news.
According to the official, the culture ministry’s Quran and Etrat Deputy is working to make preparations for best holding the festival.
He added that the Quranic media festival will be organized in the month of Esfand on the Iranian calendar (February-March 2015).
