ICRO in Charge of Tehran Quran Exhibition’s Int’l Section
This was announced in a meeting with Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Reza Heshmati, the Quran and Etrat deputy with ICRO chief Abuzar Ebrahimi Torkaman.
The two also agreed to cooperate in holding Quranic activities and programs abroad.
The joint programs set to be held by the Quran and Etrat deputy and the ICRO include holding Quran weeks in different countries, sending Quran experts and interpreters abroad, organizing Quranic conferences and forum, and inviting Quranic artists and thinkers from other countries to take part in the Quran exhibition.
The International Holy Quran Exhibition is annually mounted in Tehran by the culture ministry’s Quran and Etrat deputy during the holy month of Ramadan.
Like previous years, the Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla (prayers hall) in Tehran will host this year’s exhibition for twenty days during Ramadan.
