The Abi Rqaraq Religious-cultural Society and the scientific council of Sale will jointly organize the event on the eve of the holy month of Ramadan, Al-Abour website reported.
The country's Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Ministry, Morocco's Channel 6 TV and the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) will also cooperate in holding the festival.
The annual festival includes a competition on Tajweed recitation of the Quran aimed at encouraging teenagers to read and recite the Holy Book.
The national festival will come to an end on Sunday, June 25.
