Read and Emulate Holy Quran

Kashmir's Hurriyat Conference (M) Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq in Monday stressed upon the Muslim Ummah, especially the youth to not only devote their time towards reading Quran in this holy month of Ramadan but also emulate its teachings so that it becomes easy to build a welfare society based on higher Islamic and social values.

While addressing a gathering at Masjid Ali Saani RathPora in Srinagar, Mirwaiz stated that Ramadan is providing an opportunity to people to fulfill their religious duties and also to talk about their social problems, Rising Kashmir website reported.
He stated in this holy month, there was a need that every individual should realize its responsibilities towards bringing in reforms in society and work towards imparting values based on Islamic principles.
