Head of Iran Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization (ICHTO) said mounting the Quran exhibition helps to strengthen people’s Quranic beliefs.

Speaking to reporters during a visit to the 22nd Tehran International Holy Quran Exhibition, Masoud Soltanifar added that the expo has been successful in attracting people and helping them to enhance their life with Quranic teachings.

He further underlined that in Quranic activities, in addition to reading and reciting the Quran, attention should be paid to Quranic concepts and interpretation.

Soltanifar stressed that more efforts should be made to get people more familiar with the concepts and messages of the Holy Book.

Elsewhere in his remarks, the ICHTO chief said his organization’s main Quranic activities are related to Quranic arts.

He went on to say that the ICHTO plays a major role in promoting the Quranic culture in society.

The ICHTO has actively participated in the 22nd edition of the Quran expo, with its pavilion displaying rare Quranic data-x-items including Quran manuscripts, the oldest copy of Nahj-ul-Balaqa written on pottery, and old Quranic works dating back to five centuries ago.
