Deputy head of the 22nd International Holy Quran Exhibition announced the decision to extend the expo until July 22.

Barzin Zarqami told IQNA that the decision was made due to people's warm reception of the exhibit.
This year, with a change in the location of the exhibition, the number of visitors in the first few days   was lower (than previous years), he said, adding that the number has significantly risen in the past few days and that led to the extension of the expo's duration.
The 22nd edition of exhibition was inaugurated in the Holy Defense Garden-Museum in Tehran on Tuesday, June 24.
Several sections including children, academics, international and digital media have been arranged during the exhibit.
It is the first time the exhibit has been set up in the garden museum. In previous years, the Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla (prayers hall) hosted the event.
Zarqami further noted that special programs will be held at the Quran exhibition during the Nights of Qadr (that commemorate the time when God revealed the Quran).
He also said that the expo's different committees have been tasked with arranging new programs for the following nights.
