Protests broke out across occupied Palestine and Europe Saturday as Israel’s “Operation Protective Edge” entered its 12th day.

The death toll has surpassed 325 in Gaza, with at least 100 deaths in the last 24 hours, Gaza officials said.
At least 30 people were arrested in Haifa, the largest city in northern Israel, after protestors marched in defiance of Israel’s actions in the Gaza Strip. A similar situation broke out Saturday night in Tel Aviv, as hundreds gathered in the  city. As of 8:30 p.m., local time, the protest in Tel Aviv was ongoing.
In Europe, thousands of people took to the streets in London, Paris and Dublin condemning the situation despite France’s recent ban on protesting.
Several pro-Palestinian protests have broken out outside Israeli diplomatic missions in Ankara and Istanbul in the last few days. In a campaign speech in Ordu, Turkey, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Israel’s actions are demonstrating "barbarism that surpasses Hitler," and they will ultimately disrupt Turkish-Israeli relations, the Associated Press reported.
The developments came on the same day as many Londoners demanded justice and freedom for the people of Palestine, condemned Israel’s onslaught on Gaza and voiced their resentment at the mainstream media’s biased coverage of the events in Gaza.
On Friday, scores of Indonesian demonstrators also gathered in front of the US embassy in Jakarta, censuring Israel’s offensive against Gaza. The protesters waved placards and Palestinian flags, demanding an end to Israel’s military action against Palestinians in the impoverished coastal sliver.
Turkish protesters also gathered outside the Israeli consulate in Istanbul on Friday to protest against Israel’s brutal offensive against the Gaza Strip. According to local media reports, the demonstrators threw stones at the consulate and shouted “Murderer Israel, get out of Palestine.”
Moreover, Turkish protesters threw rocks and waved Palestinian flags outside the Israeli embassy in the capital, Ankara, on Friday. Windows of the building were reported to have been broken.
More than 340 people, including women and children, have been killed and nearly 2,400 injured since Tel Aviv unleashed its offensive 12 days ago. According to the Gaza-based Palestinian Center for Human Rights, more than three-quarters of the victims are civilians.
Gazan homes, mosques and schools are also being targeted by the Israeli army.
