Quran Reciters, Memorizers Are Role Models in Society

An Iranian Hafiz (memorizer of the entire Quran) said Quran memorizers and reciters are role models in society and should, therefore, be more diligent about acting on Quranic teachings.

Amir Aghayi told IQNA that if Quran activists fail to implement the Quranic teachings in their life, it would have negative impacts in society
He noted that maintaining a deep connection with the Holy Quran naturally leads to living a Quranic life but Quran activists should nonetheless be more careful about their conduct as the society looks up to them as role models.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Aghayi hailed the recent trend of giving more attention to Quranic concepts in the country's Quran competitions and said it would help to spread applying Quranic concepts in life among Quran activists.
